TodayCreators (https://www.todaycreators.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its readers and contributors to do the same. This page explains how to report content on this website that you believe infringes your copyright, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Our Content
Unless otherwise stated, all articles, text, and graphics published on TodayCreators are our own original work or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Our Terms and Conditions explain what readers may and may not do with our content. If you believe we have used your work in a way that is not permitted, please follow the notice process below — we take every genuine report seriously.
How to Send a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act for one) and you believe that content on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to the email address on our Contact Us page. To be effective, your notice should include all of the following:
- Your full name, and the name of the copyright owner if you are acting for someone else.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on todaycreators.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- Your contact information — an email address is enough; a phone number and postal address help if we need to verify details.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the end of your email is acceptable as an electronic signature).
What Happens Next
When we receive a complete and valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where the claim is supported, remove or disable access to the material concerned. We will act as quickly as we reasonably can — in most cases within a few business days of receiving a complete notice. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing details.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake — for example, because you own the rights or had permission to use the material — you may send us a counter-notice with your name and contact information, the URL of the removed material, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error. We will review counter-notices carefully and handle them in line with applicable law.
Repeat Infringers
Where a contributor or source repeatedly provides infringing material, we will stop working with them and remove their material from the website.
A Note on Fair Use
Some uses of copyrighted material — short quotations for commentary, review, or education — may be permitted under fair use or similar doctrines. If you are not sure whether a use infringes your rights, please contact us first; most issues are resolved faster with a simple conversation than with a formal notice.
